Commercial roof replacement and new roofs.
When repairs stop working, we replace the roof: a full tear-off, a recover over the existing roof where it qualifies, or a new roof on a new building. Planned in phases so your building keeps running.

A commercial re-roof replaces a worn out roof system with a new one. We inspect first, tell you whether a repair, coating, recover or full tear-off makes sense, then install the system that fits your building.

The right replacement for the roof you have.
Tear-off and replace
Old roof off down to the deck, new insulation and membrane on. The cleanest fix when the roof is wet or failing.
Recover over the existing roof
When the existing roof and deck are sound and code allows, a new membrane goes on top. Less tear-off, less disruption.
New construction roofs
New roofs on new buildings and additions, coordinated with your general contractor.
Solar-ready roofs
Roofs planned to carry a solar array, with the layout and penetrations thought through up front.

Should I repair or replace my commercial roof?
It depends on the membrane, the insulation and the deck. If problems are local and the insulation is dry, a repair or coating can make sense. If wet insulation has spread or repairs keep failing, replacement is usually the better spend. We inspect and show you photos before you decide.
Can you re-roof while my building stays open?
Yes. We plan the work in phases around your operation, keep the work area safe and dry in each section before we move on.
What is a roof recover or overlay?
A recover installs a new roof system over the existing one instead of tearing it off. It only works when the existing roof and deck are sound and local code allows another layer.
How long does a commercial re-roof take?
It depends on size, system, weather and access. As an example from our records, a distribution center re-roof in San Diego ran from September to November 2025.
Which roof systems do you install?
TPO, PVC, modified bitumen, standing seam metal, clay tile, shingles and liquid applied systems, from makers such as Carlisle, Duro-Last, GAF, FiberTite, Johns Manville and CertainTeed.
Do you roof new construction?
Yes. Recent examples include two new roofs on a distribution center in Visalia and a new roof on a food plant warehouse expansion in Bakersfield.
