The job

A new roof over a new brine system.

A dairy food processor added a brine conveyance system inside this warehouse. The old roof had to come off and a new one go on to keep the new equipment dry.

What we did

  1. Removed the old mechanically attached TPO and slip sheet.
  2. Kept the existing rigid insulation and steel deck in place.
  3. Installed a new slip sheet and mechanically attached Carlisle 60 mil TPO.
  4. Final walk and close-out with the owner.

  • Built to weatherproof a new brine conveyance system
