Commercial roof maintenance program.
Rainshield is our scheduled roof care program. Two visits a year, a clear report and the small fixes done before they turn into leaks. Longer roof life, fewer emergency repairs.

What every Rainshield visit includes.
Two inspections a year
A full roof walk on a schedule, with a report and repair recommendations.
Drains and gutters cleaned
Debris off the roof, drains and gutters clear so water can leave.
Small repairs done
Minor seam and sealant repairs and HVAC curb touch-ups on the spot. Bigger repairs are quoted first and done only with your OK.
Roof Wellness Score
One clear grade every visit, from New or like-new to Failed, so you know where each roof stands.
Optional add-on: an infrared moisture scan that finds trapped moisture and hidden issues. Reports are stored online so you can find them later. Rainshield works alongside your existing roof warranties.

How often should a commercial roof be inspected?
Common industry advice is at least twice a year, usually spring and fall, plus after major storms. Rainshield includes two inspections a year.
What does Rainshield cost?
It depends on the size of the roof and the scope. Ask us for a quote for your buildings.
Does maintenance affect my roof warranty?
Many manufacturer warranties expect the owner to maintain the roof. Check your warranty terms. Rainshield is built to work alongside your existing warranties, not replace them.
Do you fix what you find?
Minor seam and sealant repairs and HVAC curb touch-ups are part of the visit. Larger repairs are quoted separately and done only with your approval.
What is the Roof Wellness Score?
A simple grade we give the roof at every inspection: New or like-new, Good, Fair, Poor or Failed. It shows what needs attention and when to plan a replacement.
Can you maintain a roof you did not install?
Yes. We inspect and maintain all common commercial roof types.
